Looking for a gluten-free, nut-free, low-calorie dish in a two-mile radius? Just Kafoodle it. Tarryn Gore is the co-founder of Kafoodle, a fast growing food-tech company matching people to food within the contract catering, hospitality and healthcare space. A trained nutritionist, she grew up in Cape Town, South Africa, where her mum was a Cordon Bleu trained chef. Tarryn swapped a job at Nobu in Cape Town Harbour for Quaglino’s owner D+D London, and worked with the likes of Jamie Oliver, Tom Aikins and hospitality giant Hakkasan. She has been brought in to businesses big and small to increase efficiency and create value. As a result, she knows more than anyone the impact that technology can have on streamlining processes and simplifying tasks. She was named “One to Watch” in Management Today’s 35 Women Under 35 in 2017; and this year was shortlisted for Entrepreneur of the Year at the Women in IT Awards.
