Jane Milton

With more than 30 years’ expertise in the food industry, Jane has built up an incredible network of food industry contacts and is perfectly placed to help fast-track entrepreneurs and food businesses.

She began her working life with Greggs, helping them switch from being a high street baker to a national food-to-go business, and is now a board member of a sandwich manufacturer and an investor in a BBC Dragons’ Den food business with Deborah Meaden.

In 2014 the University of West London awarded her an Honorary MBA for services to the food industry.  She is a published author and member of the Guild of Food Writers. In 2017, Jane became the UK’s first Certified Tea Sommelier accredited by the Tea Association of Canada.
